Rochester, NY - On 9/12/26 at about 12:45 am, 32-year-old Andre Cleveland was shot while driving his vehicle out of the parking lot at 1899 E. Main St. On 9/16/26 Cleveland died as a result of his injuries. This is still an active on ongoing investigation, but at this time detectives do not believe Cleveland was the intended target.
