Update: The witness that complained of additional injuries was treated and released from Strong Hospital this morning. Besides being treated for dog bites, a small metallic object, potentially a bullet fragment was removed from his leg. Officers located the victim, a male in his 40s, suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the lower body. He was transported by ambulance to Strong Hospital for treatment.
