When officers arrived, they found 48-year-old John Lacy, City of Rochester resident, lying in the driveway of the residence suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his torso. Mazda Terrace: Around 10:10pm, last night, Officers observed 20-year old Juelz Nelson sitting in the back seat of a 2017 Dodge Caravan, which was parked on Mazda Street in front of a vacant lot. Rochester, NY - On August 30, 2026, at approximately 2:15 p.m., 64-year-old Ronald Leonard Jr. was shot and killed in a yard near 371 Hague St. During the course of the investigation, Major Crimes Homicide Detectives determined that 33-year-old Troy Dukes Jr. had been tracking Leonard as he walked along Hague St. When Leonard reached the area of 371 Hague St., Dukes ran toward him and immediately opened fire, striking Leonard multiple times. Rochester, NY - On 9/12/26 at about 12:45 am, 32-year-old Andre Cleveland was shot while driving his vehicle out of the parking lot at 1899 E.
