Officers located the victim, a male in his 40s, suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the lower body. He was transported by ambulance to Strong Hospital for treatment. Rochester, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Stephen Odiboh, 53, of Georgia, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud before U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa. Rochester, NY - On June 2, 2026 at about 1:30 pm, a suspect entered the bank, handed the teller a note, threatening that he had a weapon, and demanded money. The suspect had his hand in his pocket as if he was concealing a firearm, although none was seen. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the bank. Information was developed the suspect may have used a vehicle. During the preliminary investigation a good description of that vehicle was developed.
