Rochester, NY - Around 6:15am, on September 18, Officers responded to a house on Finch Street for the report of a person shot. Officers located the victim, a female in her 20s, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Officers immediately began rendering life-saving medical aide and she was transported by ambulance to Strong Hospital in life-threatening condition.
