ROCHESTER, NY — Monroe County Executive Adam Bello today announced the opening of the online application portal for 2026 Community Festival Funding. This is the fifth year Monroe County has set aside funding for community festivals. Officers found her to be suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. The victim reported that he had made an arrangement on Facebook Marketplace to purchase a vehicle. An agreement was made for approximately $3,200 and they agreed to meet on Green Knolls Drive. At the meeting, the suspect threatened the victim, with what appeared to be a handgun, and stole his cash before fleeing in the vehicle that was supposed to be sold.
