REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NYS CDBG HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT

VILLAGE OF WATERVILLE, N.Y. – ONEIDA COUNTY


The Village of Waterville is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration and Program Delivery Services for their recently awarded FY 2025 CDBG Single and Multi-Family (2-4 units) Housing Rehabilitation Grant in the amount of $675,000. The program is anticipated to rehabilitate 7 single family, owner-occupied homes in the Village and 4 multi-family (2-4 units) homes in the Village. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.


Proposals should be submitted either electronically to clerk@villageofwaterville.gov, mailed to: Village of Waterville, Village Clerk, 122 Barton Ave., Waterville, NY 13480, or physically dropped off at the Village of Waterville Clerk/Treasurer’s Office at 122 Barton Ave., Waterville, NY 13480. Submissions, regardless of delivery method, should be clearly marked “Proposal for CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant – Village of Waterville.”


Proposals must be received by May 26, 2026 by 12:00pm.
