Public Hearings:

Int. No. 143 – Affirming and approving a lease by the Rochester Urban Renewal Agency of

Municipal Parking Lot No. 2 on Broadway


URA-4 – Resolution approving a lease by the Rochester Urban Renewal Agency of Municipal

Parking Lot No. 2 on Broadway and designating Columbus Building Apartments, LLC as a

qualified and eligible lease to said property


Int. No. 172 – Authorizing the acquisition of land parcels in fee, permanent easements and

temporary easements for street purposes for the Dewey Avenue and Emerson Street

Reconstruction Project


Int. No. 173 – Authorizing the alteration of pavement widths relating to the Dewey Avenue

and Emerson Street Reconstruction Project


Int. No. 176 – Establishing a temporary moratorium on certificates of zoning compliance, site

plan review, use and area variances and construction permits for Advertising Signs regulated

by Section 120-177M of the City Zoning Code


Unless otherwise noted, all of the above meetings will be held in the City Council Chambers

(30 Church Street – Room 302A, Rochester, NY 14614).
