Rochester, NY- Around 3:45pm, on October 31, an Officer was at a residence on Bartlett Street conducting a follow up investigation into a domestic related issue. The investigation determined that 51-year old Kina Wilcox was under arrest for Custodial Interference. Wilcox pulled away from the Officer and began to hit him, including pulling the corded microphone from his radio and striking him with it.
