West Ridge Road Shooting Arrest
Rochester, NY - At 2:40am, on March 21, Officers responded to a house on Orange Street for the report of a person shot. Officers located an 18-year old female suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. She was transported to Strong Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The preliminary investigation found that approximately one hour earlier, the victim had just left the French Quarter Café, 630 West Ridge Road, from a St Patrick’s Day party.
