Rochester, New York – Upstate Interiors Academy is proud to announce its 5th Graduation Ceremony, honoring students who have successfully completed the Academy’s pre-apprenticeship construction trades training program.
The graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 961 Lyell Avenue, Building 1, Rochester, NY 14606.
This year’s theme, “Building Dreams, Framing Futures,” reflects the Academy’s mission of helping individuals transform their aspirations into meaningful careers in the skilled trades.
Students receive hands-on training in metal stud framing, drywall installation, ceiling systems, construction math, workplace safety, and employability skills while also developing confidence, teamwork, leadership, and social-emotional skills.
As an approved direct-entry pre-apprenticeship program, Upstate Interiors Academy connects graduates to registered apprenticeship opportunities and rewarding careers with competitive wages and benefits.
“This fifth graduation represents more than a milestone—it is a powerful testament to the lives being transformed through education, mentorship, and opportunity,” said Cecil McClary Jr., Founder and President of Upstate Interiors Academy.
Family members, community partners, employers, union representatives, elected officials, and supporters are invited to join in celebrating the achievements of these graduates and the continued impact of Upstate Interiors Academy in the Rochester community.
