Rochester, NY - The Ontario Beach Park Program Committee has openings for art, crafts, and general merchandise vendors for the 40th annual Harborfest, which will be held June 18-21, 2026 at Ontario Beach Park.

This popular event has been a family favorite tradition in Rochester since 1986. It signals and celebrates the launch of the summer season at Ontario Beach and Port of Rochester area.

The festival begins the evening of Thursday, June 18 and runs through Sunday, June 21, with vendor opportunities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Activities and offerings at the festival include professional and amateur sculpting demonstrations and contests, tours and sails on a visiting tall ship, waterski shows and Roc City Circus acrobat shows, a gigantic car show, nighttime Boat Parade of Lights, a beach volleyball tournament, 5K and 10k runs, a full ride & game carnival, food vendors, wine and beer tastings, live music, tours of the 200-year old Charlotte Genesee LIghthouse, rides on the historic Dentzel Carousel and more. Harborfests draw tens of thousands to the Beach and Port area.

A limited number of vendor spots are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 19-21) for vendors of arts, crafts, and other new merchandise. In addition, there are opportunities for commercial vendors for promotion or sale of services ($1,500 for three days, June 19-21), and sponsorship opportunities as well.
