Front Porch Festival and Health Fair

What: Jordan Health will hold its annual Front Porch Festival and Health Fair to celebrate National Health Center’s Week. Jordan will provide health screenings, annual physicals to get children ready to head back to school, free haircuts and braiding styles for children, free food, entertainment, and giveaways to the community. We will also discuss the latest impacts regarding the Medicaid changes and what it means for the community. The goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle….The Jordan Health Way! This year’s festival is partially sponsored by Monroe County.

Who: Dr. Linda Clark (president and CEO) will be joined by Monroe Co. Adam Bello, Rochester’s Mayor Malik Evans, Sen. Samara Brouk, Assemblyman Demond Meeks, City Councilman Michael Patterson, staff, patients, neighbors and community partners.
