The City of Cortland is seeking proposals for demolition, site clearance, and site restoration at 41 Elm Street Cortland, NY 13045.

The work to be conducted includes the complete demolition of all existing structure(s), removal and disposal of all debris from the site, including asbestos containing material, backfill, grading, and site restoration.
