LEGAL NOTICE


The City of Cortland is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide engineering design, bidding, and construction support services for the Randall Park Restroom and Pavilion Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been designed to ensure that engineering design services are procured pursuant to a fair, competitive selection process based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required. M/WBE firms and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.


An electronic copy of the complete RFP document, support reference documents, and any potential issued RFP addenda can be obtained via download from the City of Cortland ’s website:


Respective bidders are encouraged to visit the site to verify site conditions for design and cost estimates of the project.


Submit Proposals to: City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 25 Court St. Cortland, NY 13045


BIDS DUE – October 23, 2025, NOON; No late submissions will be reviewed.

Mailed proposals should be clearly marked “RFP- PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR RANDALL PARK RESTROOM RENOVATION AND PAVILION PROJECT” on the outside, The proposal must be submitted in an electronic, searchable PDF Format on a USB flash drive and should accompany a hard copy submission. Submissions should be sent to the Cortland City Clerk’s Office, which is located on the main floor of City Hall, 25 Court Street, Cortland, New York 13045.


Proposals must be submitted no later than Noon on October 23, 2025.
