Strings for Success to Perform Gospel Concert at City Hall to Celebrate Black History Month

The City of Rochester’s Black Heritage Committee invites the community to gather in the City Hall Atrium to lift spirits and voices as Black Heritage is honored through the power of music. The concert will feature student performers from Strings for Success. The concert is free and open to the community.
