Advance 2 Apprenticeship Graduates First Cohort

Rochester, NY – The Rochester Technology & Manufacturing Association, Monroe Community College and the Finger Lakes Workforce Development Center (FWD Center) are set to celebrate the graduation of the inaugural Advance 2 Apprenticeship pre-apprenticeship program on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11 a.m. More than a dozen participants completed the five-week program which included hands-on and classroom training, supportive services, and interviews with local advanced manufacturing companies.
