Tim Horton's robbery?

Rochester, NY- (7.15.25) Earlier tonight, Rochester Police Officers responded to the area of 1250 University Ave. for the possible robbery. Upon arrival, officers located all parties involved, including a traffic stop at East Ave and Brunswick. Officers determined the following:
A 40 year old male city resident met a male 25 year old and female 34 year old, non city residents, at 1250 University Ave (Tim Hortons) for a mutual agreement to sell a cell phone. During the transaction, the seller (40 year old male) believed he was being short changed from buyer. An argument ensued which ultimately lead to 25 year old male pointing a shotgun at the car of the 40 year old male. 25 year old male and 24 year old female then left in a vehicle which was then pulled over by RPD officers at East/Brunswick without incident,.
All parties are currently being interviewed. No one was injured during the incident. There was no pursuit. Criminal charges are a possibility pending on result of investigation.
