Shooting on W. Main St.

Rochester, NY - This morning at around 9:07 am at 707 West Main Street, Rochester NY,  a male victim 47 years of age was shot one time in his upper body by a known suspect.

The victim, who is suffering from non-life threatening injuries, was transported via ambulance to a local hospital for treatment where he is currently recovering.

During this incident, the victims dog was also shot and killed by the same suspect.

The suspect has been identified, and there is no ongoing threat to the community…this  investigation is currently continuing.
