Sexual Assault Arrests

Rochester, NY - On December 5, 2025, Ronnie Brooks Jr. (11-23-1996) was taken into custody by members of the United States Marshals Violent Felony Fugitive Task Force. Brooks was wanted by the Rochester Police Department’s, Major Crimes Section’s, Special Victims Unit in relation to several sexual assaults. He has been charged in three separate sexual assaults dating back to October 29th, 2025.


October 29th, 2025 @ 57 St. Paul St @ 4:00 pm

Rape 1st


In the criminal complaint, it is alleged Brooks forced the 16-year-old male victim to follow him to the area of 57 St. Paul St. down near the river, where he forced the juvenile victim to give him oral sex and raped him. The victim feared for his life and said that he was too scared to scream or run in fear of what the suspect would do to him.

Sexual Abuse 1st Degree


In the criminal complaint, it is alleged that the defendant followed the 21-year-old victim from the Transit Center. When outside, he began to grab the victim, who is a stranger to him, and proceeded to touch her in a sexual manner.


November 27th, 2025 at 125 St. Paul St. @ 1:15 PM

Attempted Rape 1st, Sexual Abuse 1st


In the criminal complaint, it is alleged that the Defendant grabbed the 15-year-old victim and forcefully touched her in a sexual manner. The victim began to scream and tried to get away, at which time the defendant pinned her to the ground and sexually assault her.


The Major Crimes Special Victims Unit is in the process of determining if there are any additional crimes, reported and/or unreported, that the suspect may be involved in.


Ronnie Brooks Jr. has at least three prior felony and 3 prior misdemeanor convictions.
