Home Leasing Construction: Rochester Housing Authority 'Parliament-Fairfield' Housing Project

Notice to Bidders: Home Leasing Construction, LLC, an EEO employer, is looking for interested NYS certified MBE/WBE/SDVOB contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment providers to submit bid proposals for the Rochester Housing Authority's 'Parliament-Fairfield' housing project.

We are also seeking Section 3 workforces for this project as well as contractors that meet the City of Rochester Labor Requirements.

This project includes two separate site locations. Parliament-Arms located at 2120 St. Paul Blvd includes construction of one new 4-story multi-family building and moderate rehabilitation to 5 existing buildings. Fairfield Village located at 35 Luther Circle includes three new additions to existing buildings, and moderate rehabilitation to 7 existing buildings. Work at both project site locations include of but not limited to: sitework, abatement, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, exterior window and door replacement, roofing and siding, interior carpentry framing, interior architectural finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems and landscape enhancements.

Project Goals: MBE 20% / WBE 10% / SDVOB 6%
