Construction of Irondequoit Plaza Connection Hub (Event 348)

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking a firm to construct a new Connection Hub east of Life Storage, which will be located at 2111 Hudson Avenue, Rochester NY 14617.

The project includes two (2) enhanced bus shelters (provided by RGRTA), two (2) shade structures, three (3) 40-foot bus bays and parking spaces for four (4) On-Demand Vehicles. The design will also include two (2) dual port electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle storage and a building less than 200 square feet for mechanical equipment.

Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include Federal, New York State and RGRTA. Therefore, a DBE goal has been applied to this procurement.

Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
