Alleyway Reactivation and Conversion Program


On behalf of the City of Rochester, the Genesee Transportation Council (GTC), seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the City of Rochester Alleyway Reactivation and Conversion Program. The purpose of this project is to re-envision how alleyways function throughout the City of Rochester and develop a plan to reactivate these spaces to improve safety, provide connections for non-motorized/active transportation, and revitalize neighborhoods.


Proposals are due on Friday, January 3, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
