Penfield Assault Investigation: 02.24.26

On March 30, 2026 Monroe County Sheriff’s investigators made an arrest in relation to the February 24, 2026  assault at Wegmans, located at 2157 Penfield Rd., Penfield.

Tyshaun Radcliffe, 28,  of Rochester is charged with:

• Assault 2^nd degree (Class D- Felony)

• Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th degree (Class A - Misdemeanor)

Radcliffe, who is currently on parole,  was arraigned in CAP Court last evening and remanded to the Monroe County Jail on $25K cash/$50K bond.
