N. Clinton Ave. MVA investigation


On 7/27/25 at approximately 10:00 p.m., the Rochester Police Department responded to the 400 block of N. Clinton Ave. for the report of a motor vehicle accident involving a minivan and a dirt bike. 


The subsequent investigation revealed that while in the area of N. Clinton Ave./Kelly St. a dirt bike, which was operated by a 35 year old, male, City of Rochester resident, collided with a minivan, which was operated by a 35 year old, male, City of Rochester resident. 


The operator of the dirt bike was transported via AMR ambulance to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries to the lower body.  The driver of the minivan was arrested for DWI.
