Murder Investigation Update

Rochester, NY - On October 9, 2025 at about 11:00 PM officers were called to an address in the 100 block of Warwick Ave. for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and 16-year-old Aajion Wright in a driveway, between two houses, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to URMC by AMR and was pronounced dead a short time after arrival.

As a result of the investigation conducted by the Major Crimes Homicide Unit, 16-year old Ke’yon Warren has been identified as the person who shot Aajion Wright. The circumstances that led to the shooting are still under investigation.

Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ke’yon Warren.
