Murder Investigation Update

On October 31, 2025, at about 10: 30 p.m., officers were called to 25 Lewis St. for the report of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, they found 27-year-old Lejend Watson (City of Rochester resident) in the upstairs apartment dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body.

It appears nobody actually lives in the upstairs apartment at 25 Lewis St., but that it is a location where drugs are sold from. Watson was known to hang out there. There are currently no suspects in custody.
