Murder Investigation: 860 Dewey Avenue

On August 27, 2025 at about 3:45 PM a man in his 40’s was driven to the St. Mary’s Medical Campus at 89 Genesee St. in a private vehicle. He was suffering from multiple stab wounds. Despite lifesaving, efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Detectives learned the stabbing actually occurred at the corner of Dewey Ave. and Driving Pk Ave. and are in the process of determining the events that led up to the murder.There are currently no suspects in custody.
