Motor Vehicle Accident - Battle Green Drive, Chili

This morning at approximately 0552hrs, MCSO deputies responded to the 100 block of Battle Green Dr., Chili for a one vehicle motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies determined the male driver was deceased. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
Preliminary investigation by deputies determined the 2013 Chevrolet pick- up truck was traveling south on Battle Green Dr. veered off the roadway and into a tree. It appears the operator may have suffered a medical event prior to the accident. Drugs nor alcohol is suspected.
Deputies are continuing their investigation at the scene. No roadways in the vicinity are affected by the accident.
