Morrill Street Arrest

Rochester, NY - On May 29, around 5:45pm, Officers responded to the 100 block of Morrill Street for a ShotSpotter activation. While Officers were enroute to the location, a 911 call was received for a domestic situation. Upon arrival, Officers located evidence of shots fired and quickly detained 41-year old Antoine Kendrick.
The preliminary investigation found that during a domestic argument, Kendrick allegedly went out on the front porch and fired multiple rounds from a handgun into the air. Officers drafted and executed a search warrant at the location, recovering a total of four handguns and one shotgun.
Recovered firearms:
SCCY model CPX2 9mm, which was unloaded.
Kel Tec model CP33 .22 caliber loaded with 27 rounds and previously reported stolen.
Armi F.LLI .380 handgun, which was unloaded.
Sig Sauer SP2022 .40 caliber handgun loaded with five rounds in an extended magazine and previously reported stolen.
Remington 870 shotgun, which was unloaded.
Multiple high capacity magazines.
Kendrick was transported to the Monroe County Jail and charged with the following crimes:
Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, and Prohibited Use of a Weapon.
