Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Pittsford Man on Sex Charges Involving a Minor

On December 13, 2024, just before 3:00 p.m., Monroe County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Scott Stradley for alleged sex crimes involving a minor known to him. As with all cases of this nature, we involve our Crime Victim’s Specialists and work with our partners at the Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester, Child Protective Services, and the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office to protect the victim and their privacy.

Stradley is an employee at the Roth Junior High School. Currently there is no evidence to suggest any allegations involving students at the school.

Scott A. Stradley, 52, of Pittsford is charged with:

• Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child (Class A-Felony)

Stradley was arraigned in Pittsford Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail without bail, where he is currently held.
