Missing person

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 16-year-old Phillip Owens of Henrietta. He is described as 5'7" tall, about 150 lbs., with black hair and black eyes.

Phillip was last seen leaving his residence in Henrietta at about 1:10 p.m. on 9/24/25 wearing a white tank top, grey pants and grey shoes.

 

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

 

There is no evidence at this time to suggest he is in any danger.
