Lexington Avenue Hit and Run Arrest:

On August 9, around 9:30pm, Officers responded to the area of Lexington Avenue and Straub Street for the report of a pedestrian struck. There, they located 64-year old Moung No suffering from life-threatening injuries.

The preliminary investigation found that the suspect vehicle was travelling eastbound on Lexington Avenue when it struck the No, a pedestrian. The operator of the vehicle allegedly exited his vehicle, checked on No, and then fled the scene in his vehicle. Sadly, No passed away from his injuries on August 13.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Section began investigating the incident and located the striking vehicle a few days later on Allendale Street. On August 20, the suspect, 21-year old Jordyn Green turned himself in to Detectives and was transported to the Monroe County Jail.

Jordyn Green, age 21, is charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Death, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 2nd Degree, and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
