General Construction Project Bid Opportunity

LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking interest from certified and qualified NYS MWBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide commercially useful functions for the Amsterdam Free Library project in Amsterdam, N.Y. This project is bidding out of our Capitol Region Office.

Work includes but is not limited to: asbestos abatement in basement, exterior masonry restoration, roof replacement, upgraded lighting and security wiring, cut and patch selective demolition, new windows on basement level, door hardware, selective flooring and painting upgrades, remove/reinstall of condensers on roof, removal of existing air conditioning units and reinstallation of new air conditioning equipment, upgrade buildings electrical service to 3 phase service power.

Project Goals:

· MBE – 20%

· WBE – 10%

· SDVOB – 6%
