Driving Park Gun Arrest

Rochester, NY, - Around 4:40pm, yesterday, Officers stopped a 2020 Kia in the 300 block of Driving Park for violation(s) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. During the subsequent stop and investigation, they learned that the passenger, 22-year old Dayveion Haygood had a handgun in his pocket. Officers recovered a loaded 9mm “Ghost Gun”, loaded with 26 rounds, from Haygood’s pants pocket. He was safely taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Jail.

Dayveion Haygood, age 22, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd and 3rd Degree.
