Curlew Street Drug Arrest

Around 3:30pm, 9/10/25, Officers stopped a 2014 Volkswagen in the 100 block of Michigan Street. During the stop, the operator refused to exit the car and then fled, nearly striking the Officer(s) on scene. Officers pursued to Volkswagen to the 300 block of Curlew Street, where the suspect attempted to run from the car and was safely taken into custody. At the time of his arrest, he was found in possession of over 50 bags each of suspected cocaine and fentanyl. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail and is currently being held without bail.
Joseph Hudson, age 35, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 1st Degree, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, False Personation, and multiple violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
