Applications Now Being Accepted for The Summit Federal Credit Union's College Scholarship Programs

Rochester, NY - The Summit Federal Credit Union has a long history of awarding college scholarships for eligible high school seniors.

The Summit annually presents scholarships through the New York Credit Union Association Scholarship Program, the local Rochester Chapter of the NYCUA Scholarship Program, and The Summit Federal Credit Union’s own scholarships. In addition to scholarships to accredited colleges and universities, The Summit will be awarding scholarships to students pursuing further education at trade schools, technical institutes, or technical certification programs.

Applicants for all 2027 scholarships must either be a current member of The Summit or join The Summit as a primary account holder. The deadline for the NYCUA State Scholarship is January 15, 2027. The deadline for applications for The Summit Scholarships and the NYCUA Rochester Chapter Scholarship is March 1, 2027.  Information on further criteria and the application process can be found on The Summit’s website: summitfcu.org/join-the-summit/services-benefits/scholarships/.
