Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Right-of-Way Transition Plan
The Genesee Transportation Council seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Right-of-Way (ROW) Transition Plan. The purpose of this project it to create an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant Transition Plan for the curb ramps, street intersections, sidewalks, bus stops, on-street parking, and trails within the City of Rochester. It will provide an action plan for bringing the City's right of way into compliance with the ADA law. These improvements will enhance mobility for all people who live in or visit the City, but especially people with disabilities.
