Administrative Offices to Close Monday

Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, Rochester Public Libraries, the Rochester Traffic Violations Agency, the 311 Call Center, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.   

Refuse and recycling collection will not take place on Monday, Sept. 7, and pickups will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.
