4th Annual Black Culture Festival Celebrating Music, Food, Art and Love


The 4th Annual Black Culture Festival, a vibrant celebration of diversity, unity, and empowerment is back.


The festival will take place on Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13 at Parcel 5, 285 East Main Street Rochester, NY 14604, bringing together community members, artists, activists, and cultural enthusiasts from all walks of life.

The Black Culture Festival, brought by the Willpower Media Company, serves as a platform to honor and showcase the rich heritage, achievements, and contributions of Black People in America. This year's event promises to be the biggest and most exciting yet, featuring a dynamic lineup of live performances, black businesses, family oriented fun and more.

Highlights of the 4th Annual include:


  1. Main Stage Performances: Renowned local artists will grace the stage, delivering electrifying performances that span various genres, from soulful R&B to energetic hip-hop and inspiring spoken word. We also have a 50 year anniversary tribute to Hip-Hop that attendees will love.

  2. Cultural Exhibitions: A captivating exhibition will immerse attendees in the beauty of Black culture through vibrant visual arts, historical displays, and interactive installations, providing a unique opportunity to learn, appreciate, and engage.

  3. Health and Financial Wellness Exhibits: Community Health and Financial organizations will attend to give out free information to help better the community they serve.

  4. Marketplace: Local vendors and artisans will offer a diverse range of products, including traditional crafts, fashion, art, and wellness, providing a platform for economic empowerment and showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit within the community.


Cultural Cuisine: Attendees will have the chance to savor all the flavors Black People in America have created and mastered. Tantalizing their taste buds with the soul of Black America. The 4th Annual Black Culture Festival aims to foster unity, dialogue, and understanding among individuals of all backgrounds. By embracing diversity and highlighting the contributions of the Black community, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
