Two (2) Available Tenant Lease Spaces – a Quick Serve Restaurant Space and a News Stand Space

The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (“CNYRTA” or “Authority”) is requesting proposals from professional organizations for Two (2) Available Tenant Lease Spaces – a Quick Serve Restaurant Space and a News Stand Space – for 2023-2033.

M/WBE and SDVOB goals will be established on all necessary buildout and construction configuration components of the lease contracts.

Individuals or firms who desire to submit a Proposal may request a “Request for Proposal Package” from Tara Spraker, Director of Capital Programs, and Designated Contact in writing at fax number: (315) 442-3301, mailing address: Central New York Regional Transportation Authority, PO Box 820, Syracuse, New York 13205 or e-mail: tspraker@gmail.com.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 10:30am EST, at the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center (RTC), 1 Walsh Circle, Syracuse, NY 13208. RSVP is requested by Tuesday, June 27, 2023, to Tara Spraker, Director of Capital Programs by fax at (315) 442-3301 or tspraker@centro.org.

Proposals must be received in the offices of the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority, attention Tara Spraker, Director of Capital Programs no later than 10:00AM EST on Monday, July 10, 2023. Proposals received after this time and date will be returned, unopened.

Firms wishing to submit Proposals do so entirely at their own risk. There is not an express or implied obligation on the part of the CNYRTA to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing and submitting Proposals in response to this request. The CNYRTA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals for any reason.

Proposals received within the confines of the due date will remain in effect ninety (90) days from the due date.

All Proposers will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors.

Each Proposer will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations.

The CNYRTA hereby notifies all Proposers that it will affirmatively insure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprise (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB) will be afforded full opportunity to submit Proposals to this request and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
