The Village of Groton is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide design, engineering, permitting and construction management or oversight services to create a new green space and stage pavilion, create the Owasco Inlet trail, and create the Firehouse Market Square as part of the Village’s NY Forward projects. M/WBE firms are strongly encouraged to respond.
