Introducing DePaul’s Vice President of Facilities Management

July 1, 2025 (Rochester, NY) – DePaul is pleased to announce the promotion of Darin Price, Director of Facilities Management, to Vice President of Facilities Management. In this role, Darin will be responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of DePaul’s facilities, maintenance team and building systems across all company-owned and managed assets, with a deep sensitivity to the needs of the diverse population that DePaul serves.
Darin joined DePaul’s Facilities Management team in August 2024 bringing more than 20 years of experience in facilities operations, construction management, and team leadership. He has a proven track record of successfully managing capital improvement projects from concept through close-out including budget coordination, directing vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, he has experience developing and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Prior to joining DePaul, Darin held leadership roles in the fields of education, industrial, commercial real estate development, and construction. Throughout his career, he has served on committees focused on long-range planning, health & safety, sustainability, and acquisitions. DePaul’s Facilities Management Department and Facilities Coordinators support over 5,000 DePaul residents & 900-plus employees through the upkeep and maintenance of 72 buildings and 44 locations in 15 counties. Their dedication ensures our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently every day.
Introducing DePaul’s Vice President of Facilities Management
Darin lives in Penfield with his partner Elyse and their two children. They enjoy spending time at their camp in the Southern Tier and checking out local festivals in the warmer months. When he’s not busy visiting DePaul communities and the construction sites of future programs, Darin is based at DePaul’s Administration Office in Rochester.
