Crunchy Lab combines Louisiana-style fried chicken with Dominican pica pollo flavors. The restaurant operates as a quick-service, takeout-only concept, with no dine-in seating or dining area, designed for fast, affordable

and convenient meals to enjoy at home or on the go.

A NEW DIRECTION FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The property previously housed a restaurant operation with a stronger emphasis on bar service and nightlife. The Crunchy Lab team has intentionally moved away from that model to create a family-oriented, neighborhood-friendly takeout restaurant focused on the everyday needs of residents in Rochester’s Southeast Quadrant.
