VILLAGE OF WATERLOO - REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE: 2/24/26

VILLAGE OF WATERLOO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Waterloo will receive statements of qualifications for engineering design, contract administration, and grant administration services for storm sewer, road, and sidewalk improvements for the “Waterloo East Storm Sewer Improvements Project.” The Village was awarded $3,000,000 in Northern Borders Regional Commission (NBRC) funding and $1,930,779 in NYS DOS Coastal Rehabilitation and Resiliency Projects Program funding to implement this project with the purpose of addressing stormwater management issues in that part of the Village. Portions of this project are subject to M/WBE goals, and M/WBE firms are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.

Statements of qualifications may be submitted to the Village no later than Noon EST on March 25, 2026. Submission requirements are detailed in the full Request for Qualifications.
