Village of Dryden - Request for Proposal

The Village of Dryden is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for assistance with the following tasks: program delivery and administration of a CDBG (Community Development Block Grant).

Proposal qualification packages shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Rotha Marsh, Clerk-Treasurer, Village of Dryden, 16 South Street P.O. Box 820, Village of Dryden, NY 13053, and be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: Proposal for Program Delivery and Administration of a 2023 CDBG grant, and be ­­­delivered at the address above by 12:00 pm on January 26, 2024. Information received after that date and time will not be considered. 

The full Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Village of Dryden in person Monday through Friday from 8AM to 3:30PM, or by email -villageclerk@dryden-ny.org. Section 3, Minority and Women Business Enterprise firms are strongly encouraged to submit. The Village of Dryden reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Proposal which the Village deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of public monies for the benefit of the Village’s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality.
