Upper Falls Officer Injured Arrest

Rochester, NY - Around 12:30pm, yesterday, Officers responded to the area of Upper Falls Blvd and Thomas Street for the report of a family trouble. Upon arrival, they learned that the victim and suspect were in a domestic related argument, during which time the suspect pushed the victim to the ground, causing her a head injury. Officers located the suspect, 36-year old Antonio Poole in a nearby vehicle. Despite multiple commands to exit the vehicle, he refused and became confrontational.
