Monroe County, NY - Uniting in Healing Through Hope of Monroe County is proud to announce that in partnership with the RIT Men’s Lacrosse Team, volunteers will be assisting senior citizens across our community on Saturday, September 20, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The student athletes will provide help with a variety of tasks, including weeding, mowing, landscaping, and both interior and exterior painting. This effort is designed to support senior citizens with everyday cleanup and household needs, allowing them to remain comfortable and safe in their homes.

The RIT Men’s Lacrosse Team has previously partnered with Uniting in Healing Through Hope, demonstrating their dedication to community service and their willingness to give back. Their continued involvement has been both impactful and inspiring.

“This partnership highlights what happens when our community comes together in service,” said Clay Harris, founder of Uniting in Healing Through Hope. “The generosity of the RIT Men’s Lacrosse Team makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior citizens.”

Members of the media are invited to join us on Saturday, September 20, to witness the teamwork, service, and spirit of compassion in action. For details on locations of the cleanups, please contact Clay Harris directly.
