Town of Greece Supervisor Jeff McCann invites residents to join in honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country at the Town’s annual Memorial Day Parade and Remembrance Ceremony.
The community is encouraged to gather on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th for a morning of reflection, gratitude and unity. The Memorial Day Parade will kick-off at 11 AM from the corner of Janes Rd and Long Pond Rd, proceeding down Long Pond Rd before concluding at Town Hall.
Immediately following the parade, a Remembrance Ceremony will be held at the Town Hall Pavilion, where local leaders, veterans, and community members will come together to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
“Memorial Day is a solemn reminder of the cost of our freedoms,” said Supervisor McCann. “We invite our residents to stand with us as we remember and honor those who gave everything in service to our nation.”
All residents, families, veterans, and community organizations are encouraged to attend and participate in this meaningful tradition. For more information about the parade route or ceremony details, please contact Town Hall at 585-225-2000 or info@greeceny.gov.
