This Week Professional Boxing Returns to Rochester - Upstate NY



Rochester, NY - Rochester will take center stage for an exciting three-day boxing showcase culminating in the highly anticipated “Boxing Extravaganza” on Saturday, April 25th at Blue Cross Arena. Hosted by Savage Life Promotions in partnership with United & Healing Through Hope, the event brings together athletes, media, and the community for a powerful display of competition, discipline, and unity. Headlining the card is Syracuse native Bryce Mills, a rising contender in the super lightweight division and current WBC Silver U.S. Champion, continuing to establish himself as one of New York States most promising professional fighters.


Thursday, April 23 – Media Day (1:00 PM)

Nasty Knuckles Boxing Gym, 1555 Lyell Avenue, Suite 137, Rochester, NY. Media are invited to meet fighters, conduct interviews, and capture behind-the-scenes coverage leading into fight night.


Friday, April 24 – Official Weigh-In (6:00 PM)

Wyndham Rochester Downtown, 70 State Street, Rochester, NY. Open to the public and media, offering face-offs and final preparations before the bouts.


Saturday, April 25 – Fight Night (4:00 PM)

Blue Cross Arena, Rochester, NY. Fans and media are invited to experience an action-packed card featuring top local, regional, National and International talent.


This event reflects a broader mission of promoting discipline, respect, and positive conflict resolution through initiatives like “Gloves Up, Guns Down.”
