Secure Revenue Collection & Cash Mgmt. Services Event 462

Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) seeks to ensure the secure, accurate, and efficient handling of fare revenues through comprehensive armored transportation and cash management services. RGRTA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide secure collection and transport of coin and currency from RGRTA facilities, the processing and counting of collected funds, and the deposit of all funds into bank accounts designated by RGRTA.

The selected vendor will also support RGRTA Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) by collecting and processing revenues, replenishing cash and coin inventories, exchanging cash handling components, and performing related services necessary to maintain TVM operations. All personnel, equipment, transportation, reporting, and security controls required to support RGRTA’s revenue collection and fare vending operations shall be provided by the successful firm.
